- The Capaldi cameo was really fantastic. Cleverest thing in the entire episode.
- Having Uncle Tom show up at the end playing The Ambiguous Possible Past/Future Retired Doctor/Tom Baker playing “Tom Baker the Weirdo he’s adopted as his public persona for the last thirty years that is clearly inspired by the Fourth Doctor but is still quite distinct from it” was heartwarming
- The nanosecond we see of the Warlock-Era TARDIS was conceptually interesting, especially in that it frames the Eccleston/Tennant era TARDIS as a kind of decayed version of same.
- Osgood was a great character. Kinda hope we see more of her someday.
